Wish list for the reskilling expo

Please contact volunteer coordinator Robert if you would like to contribute either with work or with produce:

Produce needed for lunch:

 10 heads lettuce: romaine, red leaf, mesclun mix
30-40 tomatoes
6 cucumber
6 eggplant
12 red bell peppers
16 zucchini
2 bunches celery
5# carrots
2 heads cabbage: green, red
6 bunches fresh herbs: flat-leaf parsley, basil, thyme, dill, etc.
garlic
12 onions: yellow, red, green
12 apples
1 case lemons
 

Volunteer work still needed:

  1. set up chairs and tables beginning at 8:00 AM on Saturday
  2. put away chairs and tables and clean up at 4:00 PM on Saturday
  3. stuff flyers in Gray Bears brown bags at 7:15 AM on Thursday and Friday, Oct. 8 & 9; it's on Chanticleer.
  4. make and wrap sandwiches with our caterer in Ben Lomond on Friday, Oct. 16 between three and six in the afternoon. bring the food to the church on California Street.
  5. drive around to bakeries to pick up donations on Friday, Oct. 16.
